*** July 2021 – COVID-19 & Brexit (Shipping Delays) Update ***

Due to the latest UK Lockdown and COVID-19, some of our lead-times have been affected.

Should this affect you we will be in touch with you directly
to keep you up to date as to the status of your key.

We will do all we can to turn around our customers work as quickly as possible, however some bespoke works may take a little longer. We will keep our customers up to date on progress and any delays.
We have increased our estimate to 14-21 days on more complex bespoke work, however we will always aim to complete your key(s) as quickly as possible.

All keys will still be shipped having been anti-bacterial wiped prior to dispatch for added peace of mind.

In addition, due to Brexit, we are experiencing extended delivery times due to packages being held by UK Customs for longer periods of time. This is entirely outside of our control.
We have changed our international courier to DHL in light of increased delays caused by our previous courier UPS.
